I love that you have one bird in flight there! Thank you for linking up to Country Kids and I hope you escaped the showers on your duck feeding. Reply
did you feed them too? he looks wrapped up nice and snug and i like how you have captured the photo taken as he would view those ducks x Reply
Yeah we took some bread for them, he loved it and got a bit carried away throwing it in too quickly! Reply
Quack quack feeding the ducks I such a treasured memory of times with my grandfather. Happy days x Reply
This is a lovely shot! I miss our trips to the duck pond. We don’t seem to have one near our new house. Reply
Feeding the ducks is one of my favourite things about having children – I think because it’s a really strong memory from my own childhood. I still remember stealing mouthfuls of dry stale bread and thinking it was the best thing ever. Reply
That’s gorgeous! He is very brave, my lot are always terrified as the ones near us chase you around Reply
He looks completely engrossed. SO fantastic to see him develop into a real little boy, not a baby anymore. Thanks for linking up Reply
Great photo, feeding the ducks is such a simple pleasure. I think it is probably my little boy’s favourite activity! Reply
Z loves them and has no fear of them. I get a bit nervous of the swans, they always look really agitated! Reply
Brrrrr. Thank goodness for woolly hats…
It was very very cold!
Such a divine photo ~ says so much ~

Ahh that’s a shame. Z loves it! Might be a local garden centre with a duck pond maybe?
Can’t beat a bit of bird-feeding. Used to keep my two quiet for hours!
We love it although think we need to take about a loaf of bread to go more than 10 minutes!
Lovely photo. I love the park when the ducks are out.
Me too. I think they’ll be gone for a while now as its getting too cold

It’s very near us and he loves them so a really good little walk.
Cute photo.
Always remember being mesmerised watching ducks.
I realise how weird that sounds!
Hehe doesn’t sound that weird.
Feeding the ducks is one of my favourite things about having children – I think because it’s a really strong memory from my own childhood. I still remember stealing mouthfuls of dry stale bread and thinking it was the best thing ever.
I thought that’d exactly what z would do but he got very excited chucking it all in at once!
Bet they appreciated their bread on such a chilly day!
They were a bit too eager. Must take more bread next time I think!
Ah thats a lovely Sunday activity…except I always get a bit scared of the swans by us LOL.
I probably would have run off if a swan came near us!
