Through The Eyes of My Phone

I’m forever snapping away on my phone like most people. I love the SLR I have but as I’m so disorganised I always find I’ve not charged it in time when we’re off out somewhere.

We went to the Sea Life centre in Manchester a few weeks back and I took these on my phone and they didn’t come out too badly. Little Z really loved it. He’s always liked fish but found a new found love for turtles. I think the big one at the end helped a bit to be honest.

  1. I took some photos on my iphone in a Sea Life Centre and they came out really well, as have yours. They just capture the moment that somehow seems lost once the SLR has come out and the settings have been adjusted.

  2. some great photos, love the colours. I keep forgetting the put the memory card back in my camera so arrive charged and ready but stuck with just my phone camera lol! xx

  3. These photos are ace! I’m a big lover of my SLR and will always take it out if we’re going somewhere special, but sometimes you see special things when you don’t have it with you. I think taking photos on phones has really made people enthusiastic about photography and it allows you to experiment more.

  4. What great photos and it shows you that you don’t always need a fancy DSLR to take photos. I love my phone and snap away constantly on it, after all its the thing that is always with me- addicted! 😉 x

  5. Great pics, it’s amazing how much the technology advances with each new phone that comes out. I love the SLR too but these days we only ever use it when we’re at home #pocolo

  6. Love the photos, we think the sealife centre’s great. It’s got so many interactive bits nw it’s finished. My son loved the jellyfish where he could change the colours of the lights. Popped over from pocolo

  7. love sea life centres! we were supposed to go to bham one recently but got so delayed visiting family that the place had closed by the time we left lol.. shame – maybe next time! i find it hard to get good pics there as they say no flash, but yours are good!

  8. Great photos. You did a lot better than me when I tried taking photos on my phone in the London aquarium. Looks like you had a lovely time!
