Cardi B kicked off her tour last week, and she already has plans for when it’s over: getting her butt reduced. “After this tour, I’m taking some out,” the rapper said backstage with Kehlani during night two of her tour. “I don’t want to hear from nobody for three months. I’m going to Colombia. Nobody hit me up.” As soon as they got off the stage, Kehlani let Cardi know that she’s doing a great job, but she also told her that she’s packing a lot back there. “That was the most ass I’ve ever seen.”
Since the beginning of her career, the rapper has been honest about her cosmetic surgeries. According to a GQ story from 2018, Cardi said she paid $800 for butt implants or filler, and it was done in a basement apartment in Queens. “They don’t numb your ass with anything,” she told Caity Weaver in the story. “It was the craziest pain ever. I felt like I was gonna pass out. I felt a little dizzy. And it leaks for, like, five days.”
Since then, she has had more surgeries to reverse the illegal (and very dangerous!) procedure. “Sometimes people say that my butt is too big, but they don’t understand that I already did a butt surgery to reduce my ass. I practically did a tummy tuck on my ass … so I could remove some biopolymers,” she said on the Call Her Daddy podcast last year.
She also said on the podcast that she gets lipo to change her body. “I lose weight very easily, so when I do lipo, it’s so I can be thicker in the butt and thicker in the ass,” she said. She also made sure to tell people she is being safe with her body work: “The misconception that people have of me is that I’m always on the table or that I give birth and automatically go to get surgery. I take my time, because I don’t want to die.”
